All goods supplied shall remain the property of the seller until paid in full. Where any invoice, whether in whole or part, remains unpaid beyond the stated payment due date, the seller reserves the right to suspend all workmanship warranties, guarantees, aftercare and remedial services, and related obligations until outstanding balances have been settled in full.

The seller further reserves the right to recover unpaid goods/and or outstanding debts through lawful recovery procedures, including legal action where necessary.
